Overview

Community based Aged Care role requiring driving during workday. Compensated for travel time and kilometres, with the potential to boost take-home pay via salary sacrifice perks. Availability required on weekends and up to 7:00 pm on weeknights.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals.
n
- Support clients with domestic tasks, including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep.
n
- Provide social and community support and assist with transport to appointments or shopping.
n
- Follow clients' care plans and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager.
n
- Contribute ideas to improve services and teamwork.
n

- Must be available every weekend and weeknights until 7:00 pm.

- Ability to work across flexible hours and shifts.

Essential Requirements

n

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
n
- Must hold a current Australian Driver's Licence and have a comprehensively insured vehicle.
n
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination as required.
n
- Relevant probity checks as per legislation and WMQ policy.
