About The Role
n Our client is looking to hire an Electrical Site Supervisor, to help manage commercial projects across Sydney. As the Site Supervisor you will lead a team of 4-8 electricians on various commercial projects throughout Sydney while also working on the tools.

n About You

n

n
- Experienced licensed electrician with a minimum of 4 years supervising teams
n
- Commercial experience - Schools, hospitals, retail, clubs, pubs etc
n
- Excellent attitude to safety
n
- Enjoys problem-solving
n




- Skilled in managing subcontractors and coordinating tradesand building solid client relationships
n
- Full drivers license
n
- Happy to be on the tools 30%-40% of the time ( depends on the project)
n

What You'll be Doingnn
- Lead a team of 4-8 electricians
n
- Report project status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality when required.
n
- Supervise small to medium commercial projects between $2M-$4M
n
- Oversee apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work
n
- $60/hour + super + vehicle / $130,000 + super
n
