About the role

n

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will be the go-to specialist for complex vehicle faults, working across a range of makes and models to deliver accurate, efficient diagnoses that keep the workshop moving.

Your day-to-day will include:

n

- Performing advanced diagnostic assessments on a wide variety of vehicles, giving you constant exposure to new challenges and technologies
n
- Using the latest diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults
n
- Collaborating with the broader service team to share technical knowledge and support quality outcomes across the workshop
n
- Documenting findings clearly and accurately so repairs are completed right the first time
n
- Keeping up to date with manufacturer technical bulletins, meaning your skills stay sharp and current
n

About You

n

You are a qualified technician who takes real pride in solving problems that others find difficult, and you bring a methodical approach that the whole team can rely on.

More about you:

n

n
- A completed trade qualification as an Automotive Technician is essential
n
- Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics, particularly with electrical and electronic systems
n
- Confidence using scan tools and OEM diagnostic platforms to work through complex fault codes
n
- A current NSW driver's licence
n
- Strong communication skills,



so findings are understood clearly by both the team and customers

- Experience within a franchised dealership workplace will set your application apart
