Redcape Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Manager to join The Wattle Hotel in Upper Coomera. You’ll help lead day-to-day hotel operations, oversee shifts across bar, bistro, gaming, retail and functions, and support the Venue Manager with team leadership.
This hands-on role suits hospitality leaders who enjoy working from the floor, developing staff and delivering outstanding guest experiences while advancing toward operations or venue management within a supportive Redcape team.
