Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be face-to-face sales, actively engaging with potential clients on the streets and in hostels, especially targeting backpackers. You will use cutting-edge networking strategies to build genuine relationships and guide travellers towards the best experiences our destinations have to offer.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively approach and engage with travellers on the streets and in hostels.

- Network with backpackers, using innovative strategies to build lasting relationships.

- Recommend the best tours, activities, and experiences based on travellers' interests.

- Continuously improve communication and sales skills through provided training and coaching.

- Collaborate in a diverse environment,

Qualifications

n

n
- Valid working visa for Australia.
n
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales or a similar role.
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with strangers.
n
- Passion for travel and sharing experiences.
n
- Multilingual skills are a significant advantage.
n
- Previous sales and travel experience is a huge bonus.
n
- AQF Cert II or 1+ years of experience required.
n
