We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Azure Specialist to join our growing team.

n

Role responsibilities

n

n
- Act as a one-stop shop for Azure services, billing, and support.
n
- Understand customers' requirements as you support the sales team through to deal closure.
n
- Assist in tender presentations.
n
- Upsell support options and articulate the value of Data#3's offerings.
n
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, Microsoft, and internal teams.
n
- Ensure our customers understand the different vendor programs
n
- Ability to articulate business and technical value statements of Azure solutions to all customer organisational levels
n
- Responding to all customer queries in a timely manner
n
- Maintain awareness of customer issues
n

Technical

n

n
- Understand the different ways a customer can consume Azure.
n
- Tailor service offers to meet customers' business and technical requirements. (e.g., Azure migration, health checks and optimization).
n
- Estimate Azure consumption costs and provision tenancies/plans.
n
- Identify optimization opportunities (Azure Hybrid Benefit, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans).
n
- Customer Success Responsibilities:
n
- Facilitate customer onboarding to ensure a positive customer experience.
n
- Log and manage support calls and escalations.
n
- Deliver tailored value solutions to meet customer needs.
n
- Clearly differentiate Data#3's solution offerings.
n
- Provide customers with value solutions, to meet their needs
n
- Respond to billing inquiries
n

Experience

n

n
- Demonstrated experience working with Azure
n




- Demonstrated work history and experience in dealing with customers at all organisational levels
n
- Ability to develop strategic relationships with new and existing clients via various communication platforms including but not limited to phone, email and ServiceNow
n
- Possess the skills and traits necessary to be a successful CSP Azure Specialist such as professionalism, exceptional time management and organisational skills, a sense of urgency, and a dedication to continuous improvement
n
