We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to join an established team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a critical ServiceNow environment.

Reporting to the ServiceNow Team Lead, you'll work closely with both local and offshore teams to deliver platform enhancements while supporting production incidents, service requests and problem management activities. This is a collaborative environment where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the stability, performance and continuous improvement of a mature ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement ServiceNow enhancements and change requests
- Investigate and resolve production incidents
- Support service requests and problem tickets
- Perform platform development, configuration and customisation activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and support teams across Australia and India
- Contribute to ongoing platform improvements and best practices

Key Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and platform capabilities
- Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting issues
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows and integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively within distributed and collaborative teams
