Initial 12‐month contract + possible extension. South Brisbane. Hybrid and flexible working available.

In partnership with a leading education provider, Emanate Technology is looking for an outcomes‐driven Program Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of a large‐scale education strategy implementation program.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Scoping program objectives and delivery roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities
n
- Coordinating multiple interdependent projects, shared resources and delivery schedules
n
- Overseeing end‐to‐end program execution to agreed scope, budget, timeline and quality
n
- Managing program‐level financials, risks, issues and mitigation strategies
n
- Partnering with senior leaders, subject matter experts and cross‐functional teams
n
- Driving governance, reporting and executive‐level steering committee engagement
n
- Supporting change management, communications and stakeholder engagement activities
n
- Embedding quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement practices
n

n

What you need to bring

n

n
- Experience delivering complex programs or large, multi‐project initiatives
n
- Demonstrated capability delivering outcomes within formal governance and PMO environments
n




- Proven background delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
n
- Strong track record delivering executive reporting and stakeholder engagement
n
- Sound expertise delivering financial oversight, risk and dependency management
n
- Ability delivering strategic objectives through structured, measurable program plans
n
- Confidence delivering leadership across multidisciplinary, cross‐functional teams
n

Important to know

- You must have a valid C class driver's licence.
n
- You must have the ability to obtain and maintain a national police check.
n
- You must hold or be eligible to hold a Positive Notice Blue Card for working with children.
