An Arcade Attendant is responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. Attendants are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Red Hawk's high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet and responds to Guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency.
n
- Conduct redemption inventory and ensure displays are completely full.
n
- Perform minor repairs on games: Explains operation of games to Guests.
n
- Notify Game Techs of any machine errors, and return game play credit to guests.
n
- Actively look for ways to help and interact with guests.
n
- Pay attention to detail, focuses on Guests and understands basic game and simulator operations.
n
- Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
n
- Assist with Guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.
n
- Constant working knowledge of, product and policies and procedures.
n
- Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
n
- Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
n
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
n

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
n
n
- High School Diploma or GEDpreferred
n
- The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
n
- Work varying days, nights, holidays and weekends.
n
- Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
n
n
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
n
n
- Walk or stand for extended periods of time.
n
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
n
- Perform functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and stocking up to 50lbs.
n
- The ability to communicate quickly and accurately
n
- The work environment may include bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds
n
- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
n
- Be able to understand, follow and maintain safety standards at all times
