Protech is seeking hardworking and reliable Asphalt Surfacing Labourers and Operators to join a busy and growing civil construction team.

What's on Offer?

- $39.70 – $41.70 per hour + penalties & allowances (based on experience)
n
- Monday to Friday roster (5/2) with occasional Saturday work
n
- 9-12 hour shifts available
n
- Mixture of day and night shift work depending on project requirements
n
- Opportunity for away work assignments (up to 4 weeks at a time, home on weekends)
n

Key Responsibilities
n
As part of the asphalt crew, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality road surfacing projects, including:
n

- Asphalt raking and finishing
n
- Shovelling and working behind the paver
n
- Manual handling and physical labouring tasks
n
- General site housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environmentAssisting with or operating machinery, including:n n
- Skid Steer
n
- Loader
n
- Tractor Broom
n
n
n
About You
n
n
- Previous experience in asphalt, spray sealing, road surfacing, civil construction, labouring, or machine operations (highly desirable)
n
- Current White Card
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Reliable transport to get to and from work
n
- HR Licence (advantageous but not essential)
n
- Robust work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
n
