About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Barista to join our care community. In this role, you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light refreshments while creating a welcoming café setting for residents, families, visitors, and Team. Your warm personality and excellent customer service skills will help enhance the daily experience of those living in our care.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and cold beverages
n
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and team
n
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised café and dining environment.
n
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions accurately.
n
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
n
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and infection prevention procedures.
n
- Build positive relationships with residents and contribute to a welcoming community atmosphere.
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café, hospitality, or customer service environment.
n
- Ability to confidently prepare espresso-based coffees and other beverages.
n




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Friendly, patient, and respectful approach when interacting with our residents
n
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
n
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
n
