Your Position

n

This opportunity suits a PM who wants exposure to the full lifecycle of projects and the inner workings of a construction business. You will work closely with an experienced senior management team who will invest in your development and support you to grow into a well‐rounded leader.

n

You will be hands on across every facet of delivery:

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Programming, methodologies and planning.
n
- Procurement, subcontract administration and head contract management.
n
- Cost control, reporting and commercial decision making.
n
- Building and refining internal systems.
n
- Coaching cadets and grads, supporting a strong team culture.
n

n

In time, the goal is that you can scope, price, plan, build and close out projects up to $60m, and ultimately step into a Construction Manager role overseeing multiple jobs and project teams.

n

This is not for someone who wants to delegate everything or coast on past experience. You need to lean in, work hard and grow quickly.

- Smaller client‐led commercial and industrial refurbishments

Commencement of an internal apartment development project and strong pipeline with the existing client base.

- Smooth, confident project delivery supported by strong programming, commercial awareness and clear decision making.

- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
n
- Visible uplift in team capability through mentoring junior staff.
n
- Meaningful contribution to business growth and culture.

- Reduced reliance on senior leadership as you take greater ownership as part of your tailored development plan.

- Experienced with a track record of delivering commercial construction projects $35m+.
n
- An ambitious PM with a genuine appetite for responsibility.

- Someone who works well under pressure and enjoys a fast‐paced team.

- A clear communicator who builds trust quickly.

- Keen to mentor younger staff and contribute to a positive culture.
n
