What would I be doing?

As aSupportOfficer, you will play a crucial role in helpingto providetailoredsupportforpeople with disabilityin their jobtomaintainlong-term employment.

Youwillwork in partnership with our clients and employers to provide on-the-job supporttothatassistsinmaintainingemployment. This couldinclude:

Learn and understand job requirements from the employer, whileidentifyingworkplace support needs for clients.

Identifyingclientsupportneedsin the workplace and provideindividualised coaching,guidanceand training.

Monitor and document client performance and progress, whileprovidingregularfeedback to both clients and employers.
