Dunsborough Christian College is entering an exciting season of growth, and we are seeking a dedicated Christian leader with proven educational expertise and a desire to make a lasting impact. This role is the Head of the Secondary Department within a P–12 College, supporting the continued development of our growing secondary program.

What You'll Do

- Lead a growing team and inspire a culture of faith, excellence, and care

- Oversee teaching and learning, student wellbeing, and pastoral practices

- Mentor and build capacity in staff through coaching and collaboration

- Shape curriculum pathways that prepare students for life and further learning

- Balance a teaching load with administrative leadership responsibilities
