About the role

n

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a hands‐on role in strengthening the day‐to‐day financial controls that sit at the heart of our lending operations.

n

As a Graduate Accountant in our Finance team, you will gain exposure across financial operations and control, including:

n

- Financial Operations & Control:n n
- assist with daily and month‐end reconciliations across our cash, trust, ledger, and loan‐book controls.
n
- support cash flow analysis, loan account monitoring, and investigation of reconciliation exceptions.
n

n
- Regulatory Reporting:n

n
- assist with the preparation and quality review of data supporting our regulatory reporting obligations.
n

n
- Audit:n

n
- assist with year‐end procedures and control reviews, ensuring timely compliance and accuracy.
n

n




- Other:n

n
- gain ad hoc exposure across other areas within the finance function, including taxation, corporate finance & FP&A;, etc.
n

n
- Process Improvement:n

n
- contribute to review and improvement of existing checks and processes, including assisting with the creation of new tools and processes.
n

n

n

What you have

n

n
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
n
- Be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.
n
- You're an intellectually curious, ambitious self‐starter with a growth mindset.
