Job Description
As Assistant Venue Manager, you will work closely with the venue leadership team to drive service standards, team performance and the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue. This is a highly visible, floor-based role suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and support the team throughout busy service periods
- Maintain a strong floor presence and ensure consistently high service standards
- Assist with staff leadership,
training and performance
- Support daily operational, compliance and administrative requirements
- Work closely with senior management to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Candidate Profile
You will be an energetic and capable hospitality leader who is at their best when the venue is busy. You enjoy being on the floor, working alongside the team and keeping service moving at pace. Previous experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment will be highly regarded.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a busy hospitality venue
- Solid floor management and service leadership capability
- Calm, organised and decisive under pressure
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and fast-paced operations
