Pharmacist - Webster Packing / Aged Care

We're looking for an experienced and detail-focused Pharmacist to join our Webster Packing team, supporting medication supply to a group of nursing homes and disability group homes.

n

This is a non-retail, behind-the-scenes role suited to a pharmacist who takes pride in precision, structured process, and reliability. You'll work alongside a dedicated packing team responsible for the safe and timely preparation of medications for residents across multiple facilities.

About the Role

n

n
- Overseeing Webster pack and sachet packing for several nursing homes and group disability homes
n
- Working closely with our packing team to ensure medication charts, orders, and packed doses are accurate and compliant
n
- Liaising with facility staff, and GPs regarding medication queries and changes
n
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, documentation, and attention to detail
n
- Supporting a smooth, well-organised workflow within a busy supply pharmacy environment
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Registered Pharmacist (AHPRA) with current registration
n
- Previous experience in a nursing home, aged care,



or high-volume dispensary setting highly regarded
n
- Excellent organisational skills and a genuine eye for detail — accuracy is essential in this role
n
- Experience with Webstercare, MedsComm, FRED Dispense, sachet dispensing, and/or Best Med is a strong advantage
n
- A team player who's comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
n
- Strong communication skills for liaising with facility and healthcare staff
n
