We're partnering with a leading global public practice firm that is looking for an experienced Partner / Senior Manager to join their Tax & Business Services Division. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service standards.

- Review and oversee complex tax and business advisory work.
n
- Mentor and develop Intermediate and Junior staff, helping them grow their careers.
n
- Collaborate with offshore teams for financial prep and bookkeeping.
n
- Analyse complex financial data to deliver practical, tailored solutions for clients.
n
- Support SME clients with management accounting and reporting.
n

What We're Looking For:

- CA or CPA qualified.
n
- 10+ years of experience in public practice, with expertise in tax compliance.
n
- Solid experience in reviewing complex work and providing high level tax advisory.
n
- Proven leadership skills, with a focus on team development and mentoring.
n
- A relationship driven approach with a commitment to high quality client service.
