Job Description
n
As our AAA team continues to grow, we're looking for a Speech Pathologist to support participants across the Wollongong region, covering Nowra, North and South Wollongong, depending on where you're based – work close to home!
n
Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage a varied, community‐based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings
n
- Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults
n
- Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC
n
- Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant‐centred goals
n
- Deliver evidence‐based therapy that builds communication, participation and independence
n
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes
n
- Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and qualified goals
n

Qualifications

- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA
n
- Passionate about community‐based support for people with disability
n
