As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our Internal Sales team at our Somersby headquarters. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping bring some of Australia's most exciting lighting projects to life.

About the Role
n
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Somersby, NSW facility - starting Late September 2026.
n
What You Will Do
n
n
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
n
- Prepare quotations and sales orders using our Enterprise Management System.
n
- Manage customer enquiries and orders from initial enquiry through to completion.
n
- Coordinate ongoing customer projects to ensure successful delivery.
n
- Provide customers with timely updates on order progress, stock availability and lead times.
n
- Work closely with Operations, Logistics and Sales to resolve customer enquiries and project challenges.
n
- Manage backorders and stock-related issues.
n
- Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
n
- Maintain accurate customer records and project information.
n
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide practical, solution-focused support.
n
- Assist with general administrative duties as required.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a collaborative team culture.
n

What You Will Bring to the Role

- Previous experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales or Project Coordination.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent computer literacy and experience using business software.

- Experience within the electrical, lighting, construction or building products industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
