We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Manager to join our team at Yogine Investment Pty Ltd t/a Xpress Gourmet Pizza Mornington located at 14 Blake St, Mornington VIC 3931. Known for delivering exceptional retail services, we are committed to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to:

- Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards.
n
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices.
n
- Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services.
n
- Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
n
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
n
- Undertaking budgeting for the establishment.
n
- Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff.
n
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
n

Skills and Experience:

- At least 1- 2 years of proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role.
n
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
n




- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
n
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and marketing strategies
n
