Trainee Site Supervisor - New Home Builder

Due to additional growth, we are now recruiting for a Trainee Site Supervisor to be based in the Caboolture area.

You will be trained & mentored by their highly experienced Construction Manager while supervision the construction of new homes. You be in a position toadvance your knowledge, role and remuneration within the company. You will possess an upbeat attitude, enjoy a faced paced working environment and enjoy the challenge of learning a new role with a reputable builder.

About you:

- Experience in the domestic construction industry with a trade certificate
- Ideally experience in a Foreman or Leading Hand role.
- Understand the construction process of building new homes
- Possesses a proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Is eager to grow within the construction industry and has a passion for career advancement.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Prioritises safety, quality, and project success in every aspect of their work
- Completed Cert 4 in Building & Construction (ideal but not essential)
- Must hold an unrestricted Australian Drivers License
