Duties and Responsibilities:

The Senior Commercial Specialist will support the Commercial and Contracts Manager in the following:
n
n
- Develop tender packs for submission to customers
n
- Review conditions of tender
n
- Draft and negotiate NDA/MoUs and minor contracts
n
- Develop a contract register for XCMG Au
n
- Manage contract delivery for assigned contracts
n
- Draft commercial letters and offers
n
- Qualification in Law, CPA or engineering with experience working in mining industry.
n
- Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in the mining industry.
n
- Candidates must possess commercial or contracts-focused experience within the mining industry.
n
- Legal practice license or CPA or MBA
n
- This role will support the sales team in building tenders and commercial proposals under the guidance of the Commercial and Contracts Manager, including ongoing contract delivery activities, monitoring contract compliance and participating in contracts review activities.
n
- This position will support business growth by reducing commercial related workload from the sales team and increasing capacity to respond better to sales and business development opportunities.
n
- This role will also support in governance and risk management of key projects.
n
- Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
