Senior Technical Business Analyst – AI

An established organisation is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst – AI to identify, design, and embed practical AI solutions that improve business operations.

n

This role will work across business, transformation, technical, and vendor teams to assess current processes, identify high-value AI opportunities, and deliver solutions that are practical, measurable, and embedded into everyday workflows.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

- Identify and prioritise AI use cases across business operations.
n
- Elicit and document business, data, and technical requirements.
n
- Design AI-enabled process improvements using tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other enterprise AI platforms.
n
- Develop process maps, data flows, solution briefs, and functional specifications.
n
- Work with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
n
- Define success metrics and track business benefits.
n
- Support testing, release readiness, go-live, handover, and adoption.
n
- Build AI capability through training, mentoring, workshops,



and best-practice guidance.
n

About you You will bring:

n

n
- 7+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
n
- 3+ years' hands‐on AI implementation experience.
n
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, data flows, systems integration, and enterprise AI tools.
n
- Proven ability to translate business needs into practical AI solution designs.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Experience building AI literacy or delivering AI enablement programs.
n
- Strong governance, planning, reporting, and change control capability.
n
- Relevant qualifications in IT, data science, business analysis, or similar.
n

n

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or safety-critical environments will be highly regarded.

n
