We're looking for a smart, curious digital marketer who's confident in planning and running campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Klaviyo. This role is with a down-to-earth digital agency based on the Gold Coast, working with some well-known Aussie brands across tech, retail, and ecommerce.

You'll be helping businesses grow by creating and managing digital marketing strategies that actually work — and you'll be backed by a solid team that knows their stuff.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Owning the digital strategy for a handful of clients
n
- Running campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and more
n
- Setting up flows and campaigns in Klaviyo
n
- Reviewing performance data, making tweaks, and looking for better ways to get results
n




- Running discovery sessions with new clients to understand what success looks like for them
n
- Writing simple, clear reports that help clients actually get what's working
n
- Working with others across UX and creative to keep campaigns on-brand
n
- Building trust with clients through regular chats and solid results
n

n

What you'll need:

n

n
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally agency side
n
- Platform certifications are always valuable (Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, etc.)
n
- Strong skills in digital strategy, content, and campaign delivery
n
- A good eye for detail, and the ability to juggle a few things at once
n
- You're the kind of person who's curious, switched on, and proactive
n
