HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

- 18 years or older
n
- National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare
n
n
1 hour visits between 9am to 5pm Monday to Sunday, weekly or fortnightly.
