Adore Beauty is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead our established Southland store in Vic. What You'll Be Doing

As Store Manager, you'll bring the Adore vision to life on the shop floor, leading with impact and fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged team where both customers and team members feel supported and inspired every day.

- Lead, coach, and develop an established team to reach their full potential
n
- Drive day-to-day operations with confidence, structure, and clarity
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service that sets the in-store standard
n




- Own and optimise store performance across sales, stock, and team engagement
n
- Partner with our HQ team to execute campaigns, events, and activations
n
- Champion culture, safety, and a values-led approach in everything you do

About You

- Proven experience leading a retail team and driving performance
n
- Experience in beauty or fashion retail is highly regarded
n
- Hands‐on, practical, and confident in a fast‐paced retail environment
n
- Strong understanding of service, stock management, and sales performance
n
- A leader who brings empathy, accountability, and a results‐driven mindset
n
