About your new Role
n
We're looking for a motivated and technically strong Accountant to join the finance team in a permanent capacity. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will see you take ownership of key month-end deliverables, financial reporting, compliance and stakeholder support. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team while gaining exposure to a wide range of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Month-end reporting including journals, accruals, prepayments and intercompany transactions
n
- Preparation of management and board reporting, including variance analysis and commentary
n
- Balance sheet reconciliations to ensure compliance with accounting standards
n
- Capital expenditure and fixed asset management
n
- Assist with BAS, FBT and other tax compliance requirements
n
- Foreign currency revaluations and intercompany loan reconciliations
n
- Support external audit preparation and liaise with auditors
n
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal controls
n
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
n
n
About You
n
n
- 2-5 years' experience in a Financial Accountant role
n
- Strong technical accounting skills with exposure to month-end reporting
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
n
- ERP system experience, with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc.)
n
- Proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
n
- A team player with a growth mindset, eager to learn and develop
n
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
n
n
