SENIOR STRATA MANAGER | LEAN PORTFOLIO | $130K-$150K + SUPER

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Strata Manager to join a well-established and expanding strata management business based in Sydney's South West.

Due to continued business growth, this newly created role offers the opportunity to manage a lean portfolio of approximately 30 schemes across a diverse mix of residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use and BMC properties.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of a diverse strata portfolio, including:

- Managing a portfolio of approximately 30 strata schemes
- Chairing AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
- Building strong relationships with owners corporations, committees and contractors
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and capital works
- Managing compliance, insurance and defect matters
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up actions




- Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining strong client relationships

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Strata Manager
- Current Class 2 Strata Managing Agent Licence
- Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation
- The ability to confidently manage a portfolio autonomously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A stable employment history with demonstrated tenure and commitment
