We're looking for an experiencedTeam Leaderto help us meet growing client demand in our AML division.

Our Head Office is located in North Sydney, and we have a hybrid work from home policy (applicable after successful completion of the initial training period) - working in the office a minimum of three days per week - to promote work-life balance!

As one of Three KYC Team Leaders, you'll have experience:

n

n
- Being responsible for a dedicated group of MVSI customers that depend on our services
n
- Managing and mentoring a team of verifiers
n
- Conducting KYB checks on organisations and their individuals
n
- Verifying identities, company structures, shareholdings and more
n
- Liaising with clients and guiding them through the verification process
n
- Handling queries and providing stellar service, every step of the way
n
- Staying sharp on regulations and suggesting process improvements
n
- Overseeing workload distribution and productivity
n
- Ensuring quality and compliance across reports
n
- Providing ongoing training and development
n
- Supervising and supporting a team of verifiers
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and client outcomes
n

About You

n

The ideal candidate will have a background in AML, particularly KYB compliance and:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A love for solving problems and thinking on your feet

- Quick, accurate typing and solid tech skills

- Strong time management and a great attitude

- A sense of humour and a genuine desire to learn
