About the Role

As a key member of our Accessories team, you will:

- Provide exceptional service to every customer — whether in-store or over the phone
n
- Work closely with workshop technicians to ensure timely supply of parts for servicing, repairs, and custom builds.
n
- Follow our structured "Road to a Sale" process
n
- Build your own customer network and nurture repeat business
n
- Maintain a high standard of showroom and stock presentation
n
- Support stock management, ordering and merchandising
n
- Participate in ongoing training to develop your sales and product knowledge
n
- Contribute positively to the store culture and customer environment
n

What We're Looking For

- Strong customer service skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
n
- Competent computer skills (email, databases, POS systems)
n
- Excellent communication and ability to build rapport quickly
n
- A passion for motorcycles
n
- Motivation to meet and exceed set sales targets

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to store presentation
n
- Prior Parts Interpreting or workshop experience a bonus
