About the Role

n

In this role, you'll work closely with our legal team and you will:

n

n
- Provide Immigration legal advice and assistance appropriate for client needs
n
- Draft legal submissions for applications and appeals
n
- Ensure files are managed appropriately
n
- Appear in courts and tribunals
n
- Ensure timely and positive contact with clients
n




- Ensure budgetary requirements are met from month to month
n
- Coach and assist junior team members
n

n

Who We're Looking For

n

We're seeking a legal professional who is:

n

n
- An admitted Australian legal practitioner with a valid South Australian Practising Certificate
n
- Experienced: Minimum 3 years' experience in Australian migration law
n
- Client-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
n
- A team player with strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Organized and deadline-driven with excellent time management
n
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
n
- Motivated, proactive, and always aiming for high-quality outcomes
n
- A second language is a plus but not essential
n
