Looking for meaningful optometry without the burnout? Mansfield Optical is seeking an Optometrist to cover a 12 month parental leave position, working in a genuinely patient‐first practice set in one of Victoria's most liveable regional communities.

This is full‐scope optometry with time to do the job properly - no rushed testing, no retail pressure, and no late nights.

About The Role

- Full‐scope optometry including therapeutics
n
- Work closely with visiting Ophthalmologists
n
- No weekends, no late nights
n
- Closed between Christmas and New Year
n
- Prospect to work across two practice locations
n

About You

- New Graduate or experienced Optometrist
n
- Passionate about patient‐focused, community‐based care
n
- Comfortable working within a small, supportive team
n
- Reliable and consistent - our patients value continuity

- Happy to travel between two practice locations
