A well-regarded residential builder with a solid reputation in the custom and luxury home market is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team. Known for delivering custom residential builds, this builder has a solid pipeline of work across Brisbane's Inner South and Bayside suburbs.

Your New Role

You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of custom residential builds in south/bayside Brisbane. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in the finished product.

- Manage all on-site activity across custom home builds, from slab to handover
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors to maintain quality and program
- Liaise directly with clients on-site where required
- Ensure compliance with QBCC standards, safety and quality requirements




- Support scheduling and site logistics in line with the build program

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Proven supervision experience on custom residential builds, renovations or luxury homes
- Current QBCC licence
- Strong trade background
- Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail and finish
- Ability to manage multiple trades and keep a site running smoothly
