About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Pharmacist to join a friendly community pharmacy in the Wide Bay-Burnett region of Queensland. As a Pharmacist, your key role is to meet high professional and ethical standards while fostering strong customer relationships to support long-term pharmacy success. Your responsibilities will include checking and dispensing prescriptions using Z Dispense, counselling patients on medications and OTC products, performing 8CPA duties, administering vaccinations (including B12 injections), completing MedsChecks, managing wound care, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing stock management, checking Webster packs, and handling general dispensary duties.

The pharmacy is located in a welcoming town within the Fraser Coast region, approximately 280 km (a 3.5-hour drive) north of Brisbane. The town boasts a close-knit community with a strong sense of camaraderie and mutual support among residents. Essential amenities such as local schools, shops, parks, and healthcare services ensure a convenient, comfortable, and fulfilling lifestyle.

About The Offer

This is a full-time position with a Tuesday to Saturday roster, working weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM. An attractive, negotiable pay rate of $55 to $65 per hour is on offer, depending on your experience, along with a 4-bedroom house provided for accommodation and relocation assistance if required. An immediate start date is preferred, though start dates can be flexible for the right candidate.
