Lightspeed group of companies is a Non-bank lender & Home loan specialist operating throughout Australia (with head office in Victoria).

In light of recent success and growth for 2026', we are looking for a highly skilled and well-organized loan specialist.

n

The position has a key focus on attention to detail with filling and managing the client file via the broker, we require a streamlined administrative process.

n

The successful applicant will possess & demonstrate the following:

n

n
- experience in non bank lending
n
- may have own ABN and has worked in the industry for more than 5 years with a robust track record of success
n
- Diploma in Financial Services Or Min Cert IV Certificate
n
- Ideally well acquainted with the aggregator world and be accredited with a number of banks
n
- Have exceptional phone manner
n
- Exceptional skills in owning details and be conscious of deadlines & settlements
n
- Exceptional filing skills and time management
n
- Preparation Loan Documentation inclusive – Mandate to Act, Letter of Offer's, Letter of Consents
n
- Ensuring all Client Files are complete with all the relevant details and documentation up to date (attention to detail mandatory)
n




- Acting as a liaison point between the clients and lenders, lawyers, bank & titles office
n
- Ensuring all documentation in relation to a loan application is submitted & drawn together accurately, in a timely manner
n
- The ability to provide impeccable levels of customer services & presentation in daily activities: inclusive all forms of communications such as emails, phone mannerism, and meeting clients and owning the spreadsheet of clients
n
- Ability to work independently & manage work flow
n
- Reliable, attention to detail, proactive and trustworthy with an excellent eye for compliance & reputation
n

You will be working in a friendly and highly energetic team environment where no one day is the same.

n

Ideally suited to a senior self motivated person who is keen to be working within the finance broking / private funding sector and must have deep industry experience.

n

The suitable candidate ideallymust ideally possess current bank accreditations with a number of banks and have solid experience in the private non bank lending space

n

extraordinary computer skills and have an exceptional attention to detail with numbers.
