Anglicare in Central West seeks a dedicated Caseworker to support clients accessing the No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS). You’ll combine casework, financial capability education and community engagement to ensure a respectful, person-centred experience and help individuals navigate financial hardship with confidence.
You will guide applicants through the NILS process, perform eligibility assessments, collect documentation and liaise with loan providers, while maintaining up-to-date client records
