About the Role
n
As Care Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to lead clinical operations and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Leading and supporting clinical and care teams
n
- Ensuring resident assessments, care plans and documentation are accurate and up to date
n
- Managing medication administration and clinical care delivery
n
- Providing coaching, mentoring and education to care staff
n
- Building strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
n
- Driving continuous quality improvement and accreditation outcomes
n
- Supporting workplace health, safety and infection prevention initiatives
n
- Promoting a positive, cooperative and resident-focused culture
n
n
About You
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
n
- Experience in a clinical leadership role within aged care
n
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
n
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
n
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding resident care
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Evidence of COVID-19 and annual influenza vaccinations
n
- Full Australian working rights

- Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology or Aged Care Management
n
