As an electrical engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing our electrical engineering software applications. You will be part of a team of experienced electrical engineers, technical research scientists, and professional software developers where your work will directly and immediately impact our software products.

Experience programming in a procedural coding language (e.g. C++, Python, LabVIEW, or MATLAB).

n

Good written and verbal communications.

n

Preferred qualifications and experience

n

Master's Degree in electrical engineering.

n

Experience working as an electrical engineer.

n

Good understanding of electrical power systems.

n

Responsibilities

n

Develop and maintain software applications to meet our customer's needs.

n

Projects adding new features to our existing software or creating current software.

n





Contribute to the technical software development programs.

n

Apply and implement electrical power engineering principles and calculations.

n

Develop and code electrical engineering software algorithms.

n

Undertake some research and development projects.

n

Support customers with their software questions and technical problems.

n

Document the software and electrical engineering calculations.
