We’re looking for a confident, motivated and commercially driven salesperson who enjoys being out in the field and creating opportunities.

You will ideally have:

3+ years’ experiencein Business Development, Sales or Account Management within the securityor buildingindustry

Strong knowledge ofCCTV, surveillance technology and security systemspreferredbut not essential, full training provided.

Proven experience generating recent business and managing a sales pipeline

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Confidence approaching new businesses and making the first contact

A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine appetite for growth

Strong relationship-building and networking skills

The ability to work independently and manage your own territory and pipeline

Ideally you will be based in Melbournes South Eastern / Mornington Peninsula region.

What We Offer

- $80,000 - $120,000 base salary + generous uncapped commission. Subject to experience and proven results
