The Role
n
As Vet Director – ECC, you'll be the clinical cornerstone of our emergency service. Working alongside your team, you'll lead by example – setting the benchmark in patient care while actively guiding clinicians through every stage of their growth.

About You
n

- Holds a veterinary degree eligible for registration in Current South Wales
n
- Has 5+ years' experience in a 24/7 emergency or specialty setting
n
- Is clinically assured and trusted by colleagues
n
- Gains real satisfaction from teaching, mentoring, and supporting others
n
- Leads with self‐awareness, consistency, and clear communication
n
- Is ready to step into senior clinical leadership without stepping away from clinical work
