Mark Daniels Patisserie is a bustling family-run café and patisserie in Robina Town Centre. We seek an experienced front-of-house leader (manager/assistant manager or supervisor) to guide a busy cafe team, uphold service standards and own day-to-day operations.
You will drive staff performance, manage administration, and ensure food safety and compliance while coordinating promotions and promotions. Solid leadership and hospitality experience preferred.
