Petstock Victor Harbor is seeking a Retail Associate to provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service and educate customers on pet care products.
n
- Complete sales transactions and work toward achieving store sales targets.
n
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation; display new stock accurately and manage inventory replenishment.
n
- Stay current on pet care knowledge and product updates, using this information to advise and upsell.
n
- Support a positive, inclusive in‐store culture where team members enjoy coming to work.
n
- Demonstrate a solid safety mindset and contribute to a culture of safety.

Qualifications

n

n
- Passion for animals and commitment to high customer service.
n




- Experience in a retail environment with a track record of achieving sales targets.
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
n
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 20 kg.
n
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
n
