This role is ideal for a motivated sales and client management professional who thrives in building relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service. You will work closely with a dynamic recruitment team to achieve shared goals while developing new business across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships across Victoria.
n
- Drive strategic sales initiatives to exceed financial and performance targets.
n
- Work closely with the recruitment team to support client needs and branch growth.
n
- Provide sales reports, market insights, and territory updates.
n
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
n
- Maintain high service standards, manage inbound enquiries, and consistently meet KPIs.
n
- Identify opportunities within key blue-collar sectors including labour hire,



manufacturing, engineering, mining, construction, and industrial trades.

About You

n
- Proven 360 recruitment, labour hire, or blue-collar industry experience.
n
- Supporting our clients and driving growth in the Victorian region.
n
- Strong sales background with a track record of growing client bases.
n
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
n
- Customer-focused, professional, and consultative in your approach.
n
- Motivated, autonomous, and enthusiastic with strong influencing skills.
n
- Good understanding of WHS processes, CRM systems, and service delivery standards.
n
- Team player with a high level of presentation and work ethic.
n
