About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience as an agronomist
n
- Can monitor, identify, diagnose, and recommend suitable weed, pest, disease, and nutrition management strategies
n
- Has strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- Can form trusting client relationships
n
- Is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
n

The Role

n

As a Broadacre Agronomist, your responsibilities will include:

n

n




- Providing expert agronomic advice to our broadacre farming clients
n
- Ensuring timely and excellent delivery of our service cycle
n
- Collaborating with our seasoned team of advisors
n
- Engaging with the farming community through discussion groups, crop walks, and industry events
n
- Developing comprehensive weed control strategies and formulating tailored nutrition and fertiliser plans
n
- Promoting operational efficiencies and implementing best practices for soil health and weed control management
n
- Assisting clients with crop rotation planning and variety selection
n
- Collecting and analysing paddock data to inform our agronomic advice and recommendations
