About the Role
n
The Procurement and Quality Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the product and sourcing functions across The Ladelle Group's portfolio of brands.
n
This is a diverse, hands-on role responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement and quality functions. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards and achieve commercial objectives.
n
This role would suit someone who enjoys building strong supplier relationships, solving problems, improving processes and working across multiple projects in a product environment.
n
This is a permanent part time position working approximately 20 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking work-life balance without compromising on career.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase orders and production scheduling through to shipment.
n
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, trading terms and delivery schedules.
n
- Monitor supplier performance, proactively resolving production, quality and delivery issues.
n
- Quality assurance and compliance, coordinating product testing,
supplier audits and overseeing regulatory compliance.
n
- Work closely with the Product, Design and Sales teams to ensure product specifications are accurately communicated, approved samples are maintained and quality standards are achieved.
n
- Maintain accurate procurement and product data within the ERP system, including purchase orders, product specifications, supplier records and reporting.
n
- Collaborate across Procurement, Product Management, Design, Sales, Logistics and Customer Service to support seamless product delivery and successful product launches.
n

About You
n
You are an organised and commercially minded procurement professional who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering exceptional outcomes.
n
Ideally, you will bring:
n
n
- Minimum 5 years experience in procurement and/or supply chain.
n
- Supplier negotiation and relationship management skills.
n
- Experience coordinating production or purchasing activities.
n
- An understanding of quality assurance and supplier compliance.
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
n
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
n
- Energetic and positive with a 'can do' attitude.

This is a part time role working approximately 20 hours per week with some flexibility around hours.

This role is based at our Rowville office in Melbourne. Applicants must be Melbourne-based and have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
