About the Role

n

Ultradata is looking for a sharp, solutions‐driven Business Analyst to join our Innovation & Design team. If you love solving complex problems, improving user experiences, and shaping financial technology products used across the banking sector, this role is for you.

- Identify process gaps and align our product suite with financial regulations
n
- Scope, document and design solutions through workshops and stakeholder engagement
n
- Develop business requirements, functional specs and product design concepts
n
- Facilitate workshops, partner with clients to resolve issues and ensure our products meet market needs
n
- Support project planning, resource allocation and delivery oversight
n
- Collaborate with Development and QA teams to ensure high‐quality product releases
n




- Create quality knowledge-sharing resources and support internal teams.
n

n

What You Bring

n

n
- 3 or more years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist
n
- Strong understanding of PMLC, SDLC and software development environments
n
- Project management and financial services experience
n
- Excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills
n

n

Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Business, Commerce, or a related field.

n

n
- Knowledge of Ultracs (Ultradata's Core Banking System)
n
- Experience in retail banking
n
- Background or qualification in User Interface Design
n
- Experience with compliance, regulatory, or legislative projects.
n
