In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, managing bookings, assisting guests from enquiry through to check-out, and ensuring every stay runs smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

- Managing guest enquiries via email and booking platforms
n
- Handling reservations, modifications, and re-bookings, with a focus on direct bookings
n
- Ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs
n
- Upselling early check-ins, late check-outs,



and additional services where possible
n
- Responding to guest reviews and encouraging positive feedback, including personalised service
n
- Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest requests quickly
n
- Managing key handovers and ensuring accurate tracking for guests and trades
n
- Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the office
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Previous experience in reception, reservations, or a customer-facing role (hospitality experience highly regarded)
n
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
n
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail
n
- Confident using booking systems and handling guest enquiries
n
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively across departments
n
- 1 weekend day required and flexibility with public holidays
n
- Familiarity with the Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach areas is a plus!
