An opening exists for an Accounts Payable Officer to join the team at Andrews Meat Industries located in Lidcombe. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is leading the way in the meat industry.

- Work schedule: 08:00am to 04:00pm

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)?

n

n
- Check and match invoices with purchase order and delivery docket
n
- Scan meat delivery dockets into a shared folder
n
- Processing invoices into the system (Sage, Esker, Protrace)
n
- Ensure vendors' payments are to date
n
- Prepare Automatic and manual payments
n
- Assist with month end – e.g. Accruals, ensure all missing invoices have been accounted for as per Statement, etc.
n
- Resolve invoices issues
n




- Updating/maintaining and responding to vendor inquiries
n
- Identifying and posting invoices in the correct GL account
n
- Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliation
n
- Check entries in vendor's account weekly
n
- Posting & allocation of payments
n
- Maintaining Company's motor vehicles spreadsheet – updating Fuel cards, E-Tag, etc. if required
n
- Raising Purchase orders and sales invoices if required
n
