You’ll run the front of the house, and because we’re a small workshop, you’ll also spend part of your day on the tools.

The role:

- Take bookings and manage the workshop diary
- Greet customers, quote work and write up job cards
- Keep customers updated and handle invoicing and handover
- Work with technicians and parts suppliers to keep jobs moving
- Carry out basic servicing tasks including tyres, wheels, brake checks, batteries, and minor replacements

What we’re looking for:

- Service Advisor experience with solid mechanical ability, being comfortable doing a basic servicing
- Good with customers and explicit when explaining technical work
- Composure when three things need you at once
- Current driver’s licence
- A trade qualification or European experience are both a plus, not a must
